Warranty on the 4200-84 and 4500-84 Sealed Lead Acid batteries for Spot and Spot Lxi was 1 year with a new device purchase and 90 days on all replacement batteries purchased. We started shipping the Li-Ion batteries in Nov of 2013, so all SLA batteries are out of warranty.
For the 105631 and 105632 Lithium Ion battery warranty, try to get proof of purchase from the customer. The batteries ship from Asia and the date code on the battery is not a reliable indicator of when the customer actually received the battery.
